Choose the EU plug (230 V) if you live in the European Union. Choose the US plug only if you live in the United States or Canada. There is no UK or Australian version.

Orders ship from our supplier’s warehouse. Delivery takes 7–12 working days within the EU, and 8–15 working days to the United States and Canada. You receive a tracking link by email once it ships.

Shipping is free with tracking. Order 2 dryers and each is 15% off; order 3 or more and each is 20% off. The discount appears automatically in your bag, and you can mix colours and plugs.

The dryer folds and slides inside most trainers, boots and children’s shoes. It also dries socks and gloves. Do not use it on leather that is sensitive to heat.

Yes. In the EU you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. See the refund policy for how to send it back.

Use it indoors only, do not cover it, and do not leave it running unattended for long periods. Keep it away from water and children while it is plugged in, and unplug it after use.

By card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after you paid, or tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us with your order number and we will resend your order or refund you.

Contact us with your order number and a photo. Under the 2-year EU legal guarantee we repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return cost.
