Delivery times
Orders ship from our supplier’s warehouse, not from a shop in the EU. Delivery times are estimates. The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
- European Union: 7–12 working days
- United States and Canada: 8–15 working days
- United Kingdom and Australia: not available, as there is no matching plug.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. It can take a few days before the first scan appears.
Choose the right plug
- EU plug (230 V): European Union
- US plug: United States and Canada only
Customs (USA & Canada)
Parcels to the USA and Canada are imported from outside the country. Import duties or taxes may apply and are charged by the carrier on delivery.
Late or missing parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after you paid, or tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us with your order number. We will resend your order or refund you.
