Who is responsible

What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if given) and what you bought.
- Account details if you create an account.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- With your consent only: anonymous statistics about how the site is used.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order (performance of the contract).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions (legitimate interest).
- To improve the site with statistics (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Stripe processes your payment. Your name, delivery address and phone number are passed to our supplier and the delivery companies so your order can be shipped. Our supplier is located outside the EU; we only share what is needed for delivery. Our e-commerce platform hosts the shop and stores order data for us. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data are kept for as long as Belgian accounting and tax law requires. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed. Account data are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, through the Contact page. You may also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
