2. Products and prices
We sell a foldable electric shoe dryer in different colours and plug types. Product photos are illustrations; small differences in colour or finish are possible.
Prices are shown in the currency of your region. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
Choose the plug that matches your country: the EU plug (230 V) for the European Union, the US plug for the United States and Canada. We do not sell a UK or Australian version.
3. Ordering and payment
Your order is a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong; in that case you are refunded in full.
Payment is made by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
Orders ship from our supplier’s warehouse. Expected delivery is 7–12 working days within the EU and 8–15 working days to the USA and Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees. You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
If your order has not arrived 30 days after you paid, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. How this works is explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Legal guarantee
EU consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery. If the product is faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem. We will repair, replace or refund it in line with the law.
7. Safe use
Use the dryer indoors only, follow the instructions that come with it, do not cover it, keep it away from water and children while it is plugged in, and unplug it after use. Do not use it on leather or materials that are sensitive to heat.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by a product defect as provided by law. We are not liable for damage caused by use against the instructions above or the manual. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Contact us first; we aim to answer within 2 working days. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without taking away the protection given by the law of the country where you live. Consumers in Belgium can also turn to the Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur).
